Kiwi Vinaigrette

This Kiwi Vinaigrette is fresh, delicious, and easy to make! It is perfect on any salad, vegetable, or as a dip. It also pairs well when used over cooked chicken, fish, and seafood as well as cold quinoa or pasta salad because of its light and fresh taste.


Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend very well until dressing like consistency. If needed add salt and pepper to taste.

Simply double or triple this recipe based on what you are using it for.


  • 1 ripe KiwiStar Kiwi, peeled
  • 1 Fresco garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
